the rooms was very clean. the restaurant had a beautiful setup, plenty of natural light filled the space, i like the breakfast. spa services, i found them good.
i found street noise late at night somewhat disruptive. it made sleeping difficult sometimes.

The location was very central. The spa facilities were also really nice. There was a relaxing bar area (I enjoyed spending time there).
I found that there was no tea or coffee in the room. There was also no plug socket near a mirror in the bathroom. The free water was not in the fridge (which was a bit disappointing).

the staff was helpful and friendly. the rooms was spacious and designed well. the included spa access was lovely after a long day of walking around the city.
the hotel closes it is metal main door at night and it was tricky to get in. my room faced a busy street and noise kept me awake. the key card demagnetised every day, and it was frustrating.

the location was certainly a strong point. it was quite central, and , made getting around easy. the room itself was a junior suite, and i found it adequately sized. the breakfast was also good (the variety was appreciated).
the lack of a kettle in the room was a minor inconvenience. additionally, the room seemed a bit dark. i also found that the air conditioning was not entirely consistent (it seemed to fluctuate).
